Cleaning Services, Inc. is one of the largest hotel cleaning
services in the United States, providing premier cleaning
and staffing services to hotels, resorts and commercial
facilities.
The company’s success story started in 1983 when
founder, John Knoepker, established the company in Kansas
City, Missouri with a vision for reshaping the cleaning
service industry. After only a few years he helped Hotel
Cleaning Services
become a successful facilities service leader.
Our corporate
headquarters are located in Phoenix, Arizona with regional
offices in Austin, Aspen, Denver, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Orlando,
Palm Springs, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, San Diego, Sedona, and Tucson.
Celebrating 25 years of successful operations, Hotel

represented in 13 cities across the nation, and is laying
the foundation to actively engage and expand its footprint
